I have created a mini-course which helps you migrate your Python webhook code from API v1 to API v2 and added it to the MBD Membership course.
In my previous tutorial, you learnt how to deploy code to Heroku by using the Click to Deploy from GitHub. In the mini-course, you will learn how to update the Heroku app with your own code, and then to redeploy webhook code which can support the v2 API.
Deploying local code to Heroku
First, you will need to learn how to deploy code from your local machine to Heroku. The first lesson shows how to do this.
Redeploying code to existing app after making changes
After you have deployed your code to Heroku, you will then need to make changes and keep improving your app. In the next lesson, you will learn how to redeploy code to your existing app.
Migrating code from API v1 to API v2
Then you will learn how to migrate the sample code from API v1 to API v2.
Deploying to Heroku from a cloned project
A little bonus video which simplifies the process used in the first video and uses git clone to create the app on your local dev machine. This option is helpful when you are reusing code from existing projects on GitHub (and other source repositories).
