Do you have any Facebook Group where I can join for help?
I am not active on Facebook, and haven’t been for many years now. The bigger question that I believe the reader is asking is about where to find community help for Dialogflow questions.
Help from the community
If you want many people to take a look at your question, you should consider the following options.
The Google Plus Dialogflow community
Recently, someone took the initiative to create a Google Plus Dialogflow community. If you want to submit your question to a wider community this may be your best option.
The original Discourse based forum
Note that the old forum is now closed for new posts. But if you see someone answering something close to your question, you can try adding a comment into the old post, and address the answerer using the @ notation. This usually sends an email to the answerer (depending on their preferences), and sometimes they come back and answer the question.
Edit 04/17/2018: The Dialogflow team has made the old Discourse forum completely read only.
If your question is quite clearly technical, you always have the option of submitting it to StackOverflow. The way StackOverflow is designed, though, you will find it hard to get answers if the answer is a little subjective. And from my experience, I think there are a lot of subjective answers in Dialogflow.
Dialogflow Google Group
This is the official support channel. Unfortunately (and I hope someone from the Dialogflow team takes note), usually official support channel for most Google products means “dead forum” because Google employees are not there to answer questions even though the concept of an “Expert reply” (highlighted in the post metadata) makes it seem like the forum is actually designed to get help directly from Google employees. Besides, it is poorly designed forum software, quite hard to navigate and use.
Start your own Facebook group
Since many people have asked me this question, you can also start your own Facebook group and send me a link. It is up to you to find enough people to join the group, but I am happy to help by placing a banner or text ad pointing to your Facebook Group at the top of my sidebar (get in touch via my contact form for rates).
